Four Points Flex by Sheraton Madrid Atocha
Very small room, uncomfortable bed, only a double even though booked a queen, zero amenities in room, no help from reception to fix heat or tv. If the price was right i would stay again, but no more than one night. As it was, I feel I paid too much for the shoebox I had.

Aspasios Sofia Apartments
Communication and staff excellent. Very clean. Location is good. First floor studio VERY noisy as regards the traffic, hence the earplugs provided. I was fortunately able to move to the fourth floor, thank you. Would recommend.
