We arrived to find out there is no hot water, the next day in the morning it was fixed so we could shower but when we returned was the same no hot water. When I called to get assistance the guy who picked up the phone was not professional at all he sounded like bothered by me. A/C was not working and it was very hot in the room, to the A/C we sent a message but they never responded. As a plus the place is located very centrally, you have many places walking distance.

The apartment was at the heart of the city but the entrance was really problematic and hotel did not help us efficiently.

Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The bedding was very thin, and we felt cold during the night. Another major issue was the lack of soundproofing. We could clearly hear conversations from people walking outside our window, as well as every passing car, which made it difficult to rest comfortably. One concerning incident was that we returned to the property after spending the day outside and found our window open. On our last day, while packing our luggage, we also noticed that a pair of earrings we had purchased during our cruise was missing. We cannot say what happened to them, but the situation, combined with finding the window open, left us feeling uncomfortable and concerned about security. This was our first accommodation after finishing our cruise, and we expected a more comfortable experience. Although we received helpful instructions and assistance through WhatsApp, there was no staff physically available at the property to assist us in person. Overall, I believe the property needs to improve its bedding, soundproofing, security, and on-site customer service.

Rommet var rent og fint. Det var ikkje kokemuligheter kjøleskapet var fint vannkoker og kapsel maskin for å lage kaffi. Rommet er midt i Madrid så kort vei til uteserveringer og butikker
