This apartment is very well located, with plenty of bars, restaurants, and shopping options nearby. Transport is simple, with taxis and public options easily accessible. Just note that there isn’t an onsite reception, so you’ll need to coordinate a time to meet for key collection.

Great place near Centro

This was our first stop on a 3 week vacation starting off in Madrid. I chose this place because of its proximity to Central Madrid and different ways to commute. The place was very comfortable and clean with a lot of attention from Christian. We are beyond thankful for his attention.

The place was fantastic - HUGE and right in the middle of old town on the Grand Via. Everything we wanted to see was in walking distance. The space was clean, comfortable and with two bathrooms, perfect for 3/4 people, although we were only 2. Christian was an amazing host meeting us there and giving us lots of insider tips on restaurants and sights. I would definitely stay there again!

The property managers, Christian and Maria, looked after all of our needs. Christian even gave us some nearby sightseeing options. This apartment was within walking distance of a lot of attractions. I highly recommend this accommodation.

Meters from La Gran Via but very quiet unit. Check in was easy . We had everything we needed for a 4 night stay. They change our towels after our second night and replenished the coffee pods. Safe are with easy access to public transportation, dining and shopping. I would definitely recommend

Excellent apartment

Great location, really friendly and helpful manager who meets you as soon as you arrive and gives you all the necessary info. Apartment is beautiful and in excellent condition. They were really helpful when checking out too, keeping the luggage safe and booking a taxi for us. Will definitely be back! Highly recommended!

The apartment is perfectly situated in the middle of everything you want in Madrid. We had access to all grocery stores and restaurants within 2 blocks. We also had at least 4 theatres within 2 blocks of the apartment. The apartment itself was a pristine, modern and very clean place with all the requirements anyone would need for long or short stays. The Host was super pleasant, helpful and gave us the confidence to be relaxed for the week long stay we had there. We will definitely recommend this Host to anyone traveling to Madrid and we will definitely use this same Host in any future visits to Madrid.

Fantastic spot to stay just a few metres from Gran via and 10 minutes or less walk to lots of great food. The street is a bit noisy late night early morning when some partiers pass by but it's only a minor inconvenience for a few minutes a night. The apartment we had was large clean and beautiful with clean towels daily in the 2 modern bathrooms. Highly recommend!

This appartment building lies perfect in an alley from Gran Via, near Plaza Callao. Walking distance to most of what you want to see. Very clean appartment, and perfect service by the staff even though I was delayed and arrived in the middle of the night. The only thing I didn’t love was the alley at night, quite dark and a little scary. But otherwise the location is perfect!

We had a great time staying at Arenal Gran Via. Our host Maria contacted us ahead of time and asked us about our arrival time. She sent me detailed directions before our arrival. We were allowed to store our luggage in our room even before the check in time. Upon departure, she helped store our luggage and called the taxi. She was very responsive and usually replied within a few minutes. The property is clean, safe and conveniently located at a central location. We will definitely stay here again!

Arenas Suites was as advertised in cleanliness , location etc . There was a power failure that lasted 24 hours during our stay so no lights , hot water , fridges , cell phone charging etc . The hotel offered to refund us one night of our stay while we were still onsite but now 6 weeks later they have denied the refund through Expedia . I cannot recommend a property that would not follow through on their word as it shows an overall lack of integrity

Good points: Excellent communications and updates from Christian، he is someone who know his work and possess great manners، communication and hospitality skills Location: Come out of Apartment and you are in Gran Via، where life exits، all shopping and eating places near by Bed mattresses were of good quality، comfortable and great for good night sleep۔ Not so good points: WIFI was not good، ended up using my mobile network internet، also effected streaming on smart TV Property needs up-grading، path from room to exit door had bad smell، lifts also had same issues، wear and tear easily visible on the floor، walls I am sure if lanlord upgrades building he will definitely get better rent out rates considering everything else was fantastic and was maintained well otherwise۔

I’ll start with the staff. They were very attentive and available when needed. Next, the location. The property is situated with a few steps from the Gran Via by the Plaza de Callao. This is the social hub. And while there is activity past midnight all night, in the room, it was total silence. Next the Property itself. It was clean. The bathroom modern, the bed comfortable, and with the grocery one block away, we were able to have snacks and breakfast in the room before heading out.

There were 5 of us staying at this place and it was spacious enough for us and one of the larger places we found in Madrid. The welcoming service and the cleaning service was great! When we arrived they helped us with our luggage and walked us through the place, WiFi information, filtered water, fridge and small freezer, and recommended places nearby. For someone who loves Indian food we loved that curry house was right next door as well as so many other food options: kfc, honest greens, boba tea place, ramen, vegan, etc. This place is in a prime and central location with shopping, food, activities, and clubs/bars.
