Convenient on Calle Atocha and near many dining options and museums, Retiro Park. The staff were friendly and helpful both in the checking in and departure. Provided water, held our luggage for the day, suggested places to dine, etc. The room had a nice layout, big television, strong shower. We had breakfast at the hotel-good choices, hot eggs, good breads, fresh fruit, etc. We also dined there one night-shared the chicken Roja which was very tasty. I’m very happy to have stayed there for my first time in Madrid.

Lovely property with excellent staff and services. Upon arrival we were provided with water while checking in, including a glass for our family dog who was traveling with us. Friendly and helpful staff who also assisted with finding us parking for our overly large vehicle. Great breakfast options to start the day. A centrally located property from which we were able to walk to many attractions. Overall a great experience.

Great location within walking distance to the train station. Several cafes nearby. Only reason it wasn't a 5 star rating was we couldnt get the AC in the room cooler than 20 C.

We had a great stay at Atocha Hotel Madrid. We arrived a little before the check-in time, and we were given an upgrade to a bigger room in order to accommodate our early check in. The staff was all very friendly, and the room was very clean. We will be choosing this hotel for our next stay in Madrid!
