"Booked 3 rooms. Requested in advance that they be near each other. Two were but one on different floor. No reason why 3 rooms couldn't have been blocked with advance notice. All 3 rooms were different. One had bath/shower which wasnt desirable but no choice given, other 2 were walk in cubicles. Our room had 3 high steps in the room to separate entrance and bathroom area from the bed area. Very inconvenient with knee problem and not described in room description. Woken on last morning by the sound of cutting/grinding and hammering from floor above. Location excellent and staff super helpful. Clunky unreliable online check-in system."
