Lovely stay

Had a lovely stay, one off our rooms was ready early so we could enjoy the pool, staff were very helpful The only thing I would expect is a changing room to use when you use the pool after checkout before our flight. Thankfully we were offered a late checkout for free

Beautiful clean and modern hotel ! Delicious breakfast, beautiful big clean room! The bed super comfortable and the shower was simply amazing! Great position , the area is full of restaurants ! I will come back there for sure

We asked for extra pillows on both nights staying there and received none. On the second night we told reception we didn’t receive a pillow and was told he couldn’t leave reception because he was by himself. Reception didn’t write anything down after saying there was no record of requesting the pillow the previous day. Guess what no pillow received on second day. Poor service from reception probably due to manning the bar as well.

The safety is taken very seriously here. Parking is ample. Nice choice of cleaning products, nice smell. Very convenient for an early flight at Madrid Airport (MAD). .

Great hotel, friendly staff, chilling pool, good food, close to Plaza Norte. 25 euro away from the city center. Only negative is that the sofa bed is extremly hard.

The rooms were very small. Communication was difficult. But the worse part was, the bathroom and part of our room flooded every time we took a shower. We reported the issue and maintenance was unable to fix it.
