The view was perfect from the hotel room, and the front side of the hotel. The hotel room was always immaculate. The balcony had a hammock and a stunning view. Kitchen had everything needed to cook meals. Staff were very understanding, patient, polite and helpful.

The room was clean and staff are wonderful but booking with expedia is worst. We booked all inclusive but after we reached the Hotel ,we have been told that was a wrong information. Expedia must return our money. Beware of expedia booking.

The air conditioning did not work both days. I stayed there and they would not put me in another room or refund my money or even give me compensation of any sorts. I was also placed next to the water tanks, which were loud all day and night. I would stay away from this property until they get new management.

The resort was amazing. The food was excellent and the resort views were unreal. We spent a week there and wished we could have stayed longer. We went over to the Tierra Luna Forum to complete the walking tour at El Meco. danced to "The Juanras" Live Band (the music was so good) and participated in Aqua Zumba. I don't understand how Villa Del Parma and Garza Blanca are connected but we had a wonderful time. The food from the buffet to the specialty restaurants were outstanding and the staff very very kind. The beach area is smaller but well kept.
