I liked how the property looked very clean and new. Pool was fun but water was a bit too warm. Encountered staff that was very nice and seem to care about their job and customer service but those sore thumbs stood out by doing the opposite. If I can remember her name, Leonarda, a manager from one of the restaurants during our stay was terrible. She was at the Ayami Japanese Teppenyaki restaurant. She was rude and would speak to waiters without any concern of customers being present. Would make hand gestures like cutting her throat meaning she wanted people out of the restaurant because it was nearing closing time. An employee at the entrance was very rude. We called front desk to have someone help us out with our luggage upon check out time and after waiting over 30 minutes we decided to just walk to the lobby. Note, it was at least a 7 minute walk and elevators were not working in our building. We were on the 3rd floor. Upon entering the lobby, an employee at the front door made their way and approached us offering to help us with our luggage when in all reality we were 20-30 steps from the front main door where our transportation would pick us up. I told him, "you should've helped us from our room to here, rather than just the last 20 steps." He answered rudely, "I don't read minds, you should've called for service." I answered, "I did call and waited over 30 minutes," he did not even apologize and just walked away. Terrible experience.
