Lo mejor del hotel era el personal que trabajaba allí. Muy amable y eficaz. Lo peor, el mal estado de las instalaciones, no tanto en las habitaciones, sino en la estancias comunes. Necesita urgentemente una rápida reforma y modernización.

Hotel acorde a su categoría de 4 estrellas. Empleados amables, estancias limpias, buena terraza. Zona residencial pero con servicios cerca. Buen acceso al centro andando y por transporte público. Buenas salidas a carretera en coche. Echamos de menos la nevera y la caja fuerte en la habitación. El aire funcionó muy bien en plena ola de caloraunque era un poquito ruidoso

Últimamente casi todos los fines de semana voy a este hotel. El checking siempre es rápido y cómodo. La habitación siempre está en un estado perfecto. Aunque esta vez la tv no funcionaba. No dijimos nada, porque llegamos por la noche, pero echamos de menos ver la tv un rato antes de dormir. Aún así, seguiremos repitiendo, ya que ha sido algo puntual

La limpieza de la habitación era perfecta, así como el tamaño. La TV tenía conexión USB, eso nos gustó mucho para poder ver pelis que llevábamos en USB. El baño está muy bien, así como una ducha bastante amplia. Teníamos una habitación con terraza que estaba muy bien. La cama era cómoda, pero para mi gusto personal la almohada era muy blanda, pero se compensaba poniendo unos de los cojines. La única pega era que teníamos unos vecinos muy “ruidosos”

Ideal stopover location in mid-Spain

We wanted an overnight stop halfway from Almeria to Santander without going into Madrid itself. The hotel was ideally situated just off the A2 and parking was available right outside the hotel. The restaurant attached to the hotel provided a late snack and drink when we arrived and a good value breakfast the next morning (4 Euros for a breakfast which included bacon and eggs!). Staff were attentive and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable and we would definitely stay there again. A short drive around the town in the evening indicated a place in which to spend a longer time so we will be planning a 2 day stopover next time!

Awful experience

Staff was so rude did not want to help with anything they would also give dirty looks at foreigners. Their where ants in my room I was so unsatisfied if you tried to park the car they said it would be 90 euros per night which is out rages when you can find parking on the street I will never come back to this place or recommend anyone to stay their

알칼라 주변 저렴한 느낌의 모텔 같다. 비누 한개 잇어서 세면용품 다 가져가야한다. 잠깐 묵기엔 니쁘지 않다
