Great stay. The only downfall was that our room was near the elevators therefore we could hear people talking loudly. This said, we could not hear the elevators. Very good breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff.

This was good for one night if needing to stay near the stadium or proximity. The hotel and room were clean and efficient. Staff was friendly. The area is undesirable with nothing to do and seemingly run down.

Perfect stay

The staff, especially Maria were exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Friendly, polite and helpful. The breakfast was perfect, every nationality, race, culture and dietary requirement was catered for. I will be returning next year for sure.

Hotel ILUNION Alcalá Norte was perfect outside the city since I don’t like crowds that much. Publix transportation was very easy to access, buses outside and train within walking distance. The hotel was definitely comfortable and clean as well. For my first time in Madrid, I’m glad I stayed here.

Great hotel! The breakfast buffet was a great deal and offered several options. The staff was very friendly and nice! The restaurant/bar served great food, and the servers were friendly and nice. The cleaning staff was also very friendly. The hotel is located in a quiet area. Using Uber, you can get to the center in about 20 minutes. I highly recommend it!
