Well........this place was just "ok" with us. I don't want to bash them but walking in from the street was a bit underwhelming. The ground floor colors and appointments were kind of dreary. It did not make you feel happpy booking your next several days in Madrid there. Brighten this place up! Breakfast offerings were not so good. I will focus on the fresh fruit that did not look fresh. Not appealing at all. The staff were all helpful and friendly. Hope this info helps you.
