A good family stay

Parking was tight and in season I bet can be a nightmare. Food was good, family friendly (we had babies in the group) and good value given how close to Madrid we were.

Outlets on the headboard that we use the most were not functioning. They came and fixed it but a couple of days later they stopped working again. there were none of the normal amenities you would expect from a so-called four star hotel. The service was good, but everything was dated. There was virtually no privacy because the walls were so thin. You could hear everything going on all around you! Mr. Mustapha was very good and helpful with our initial time.
