Very modern and clean. AC worked very well during the summer heat of Madrid. Reception was very friendly and helpful. The location is central and the entrance to the building is between a 24hr Carrefour supermarket and a LIDL and the Metro station is literally steps in front of the property. Apartment was remarkably quiet and beds comfortable so we slept very well. Overall, a very nice stay!!

Very clean and great location, lots of space inside apartment and very happy overall. Staff was nice and helpful. It was very loud at night facing the plaza with sirens and trash trucks, but we were able to sleep through most of it.

Had a two-room, two-bath room with a double pull out sofa in the living area. Utilized the ironing board & iron as well as the washer, although it would have been helpful to have a set of clear instructions on how to utilize the washer. Water temperature of the showers would suddenly switch from hot to cold, so it was very hard to keep an even temperature. AC worked well, location was ideal (directly next to a grocery store), and room was clean.

Great location next to El Rasta Sunday market. Easy access to metro and short walk to gran via and retiro park. Apartments were clean and well appointed although one of our apartments was not the type we reserved. Modern touches with a full kitchen and washer/dryer combo

Clean room, friendly staff, kitchen with new appliances and instructions on how to use them, silverware, glasses and cups, dishwasher, Nespresso kind of coffee maker machine, and huge refrigerator with freezer included. Everything was very clean and modern. There was a queen size sofa bed and bedroom with 2 twin beds next to each other. Air conditioning was great and 2 tv sets. Overall, great place to be with family for a week or more.

The apartment was exactly as described and met our every need. The beds were very comfortable as well as the sofa bed (according to the kids). It was lovely to have a kitchen for breakfast and snacks. There was a grocery store on either side of the apartments which made for easy shopping. The location was fantastic—easy walk to the Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol, Palacio Real and in a fun neighborhood. Our apartment looked out over the plaza which was so fun to watch regular Madrileños living life. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone.

Located on a beautiful little plaza with many shops and cafes. The Metro and bus lines operate right outside the front door. Spacious, clean rooms with great views. Will definitely stay there again. Highly Recommend!

Nice large apartment in central area. Very comfortable beds with two floors and bathrooms. Only issue is the normal chaos and noise of Sol barrio which is like being in Times Square.
