Hotel is in a great location. Close to train station and some parks. Lots of restaurants nearby and you can walk to many attractions including the Prado museum. Also a short walk to Neptune fountain where lots of tour companies pick people up from. The room was spacious enough for our family of 3. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again if back in Madrid.

Initial disappointment for not getting the requested room type (despite pleas in advance via the website customer service and through expedia). Room was changed on second night. Some oversights in the housekeeping (used glasses not removed/replaced, mini bar not re-stocked). Some front of house staff, particularly the males, unfriendly and welcoming demeanor.
