Located just off Plaza Mayor, on Calle Mayor. Very convenient to some sights (Plaza Mayor, Sol, Palace & Opera) and to metro subway which was fast to further sights. It was safe in an extremely busy area. Our room was quiet because we were in a room NOT facing street. Room was small but comfy; housekeeping was thorough; and advice from reception was accurate and helpful.

Great service, decent breakfast, amazing location. One elevator was broken which slowed us down a little but the place was great. The view from the balcony was amazing, the AC worked, the kettle worked. Would absolutely stay there again.

The Hotel is in a perfect area: near the Plaza Mayor, taxis, restaurant and tourist buses. The personnel were very good. And the breakfast has a variety of food.

Excellent location, near the Plaza Mayor and many attractions just walking distance from there. The place was clean, and very comfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful. Definitely, I'll stay there again.

What a delightful find!!! Right in the center of things-on Calle Mayor-but set back and quiet. Walking distance to most attractions and the metro. Room was nice-spacious and an awesome separate bathroom. Staff was awesome-front desk, breakfast and housekeeping. And a great breakfast buffet. I cannot recommend this property more. Definitely my go to when in Madrid!

Fabulous room in a great Location!

Great Location!!!! Friendly Staff. Large clean room and extra large bathroom. Fabulous shower. Comfortable bed. Definitely would recommend, especially for a family. Our room had a queen bed and a bunk bed.
