This is one of the two best ever hotel stays in my life. The hotel is a beautiful property in the best area of Madrid, Salamanca. The level of service there is truly exceptional! The staff are wonderful and truly love to serve and make sure everything is wonderful. The location is perfect and very close to great restaurants and shopping. This was my first time to stay at a Rosewood and now I’m spoiled. It will be hard to Stay anywhere else. Magnificent experience.

An exceptional stay from start to finish! The room was impeccably clean, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. Every member of the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, but a special thank you to Paco, who was always at the door greeting us with the warmest smile and making every arrival and departure feel special. His kindness truly stood out. The breakfast was outstanding—delicious, fresh, and with an excellent variety. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be back!
