We picked this hotel be sod it’s convenient location. We did online check in, and when we got there, our rooms were ready. Rooms are modern, classy and clean. The best part is their customer services. We were assisted by Camilo and German. Both are fantastic and helpful.

VERY nice modern property with quiet rooms and all the amenities you would expect from a Thompson. Close to all the tourist attractions and shopping. I would recommend for a visit to Madrid.

The hotel is wonderfully located in the center of the city - I walked to all the attractions, shopping and dining. Rooms are beautifully designed, very quiet for being in the center of the city. Staff is very friendly. Roof top bars has fantastic views and a wonderful pool area for relaxing. I would stay here again.
