"Very centrally located in the town of Bovec. The staff was friendly. The rooms were clean breakfast and dinner were good. We enjoyed our stay just be aware that in the spring they do not have air-conditioning available only in the summertime however it was not necessary as the temperatures were quite cool at night with the windows open. "Excellent location, next to the slopes. You also get a sizeable discount on the skipass. Nice room for myself and my son, good breakfast. Staff is very kind. Only down point is that you only learn about having to pay for the SPA after you booked (not a big deal, but I ended up not using it)."

"Super place to stay. This is the first time we have toured the Austrian Alps and this hotel was a great choice. As it was 'off' season, ie not winter as it's a ski resort. everything was all inclusive, food, alcohol etc. Spa was quite good but we only used the pool, which is heated and has an outdoor section. Food was very good, excellent selection, wide range of choice, and fresh. Hotel overall, although quite a big hotel, it is very well kept and clean."
