Only criticism - On my second day, the housekeeper(s) who cleaned the room when i stepped away used so much cleaning product on the floor that it was still slippery when I came back to my room—both in the shower and the main area.

The driver was clear in his instructions on where to meet and knew exactly where to take us when the reception to the hotel was closed.
Luis was waiting for us at 12:45am when he didn't have to; the reception closes at midnight.
