I had one of the worst hotel experiences ever. The room was dirty, the bed was dirty, and the sheets looked like they had been used by previous guests without being changed.
When I complained about the conditions, the owner/manager Javier Echeverría told me to leave immediately if I didn’t like the hotel. This was shocking, especially since my reservation had already been fully prepaid.

“The room was impeccable and the staff was friendly, they went out of their way to help us. We did not give the hotel a five because our bathroom lacked a shower head and the hotel did not had any shampoo in our room. Otherwise everything went well. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was very welcoming. Will definitely stay there again.”
