"The Ramada was fine, but it is not at the standard I would expect for a brand name. The furniture, beds, wallpaper, carpets are all run down and have a slightly stale smoke smell despite no smoking allowed in the hotel. The staff were mainly nice, but some had no interest in helping unless they were pushed. The cleaning staff were fabulous, very friendly and helpful, as were the gentlemen at the door. "Clean, spacious room. Staff was friendly, although they sent me to the wrong international terminal ant the airport and did not suggest I leave for the airport more than an hour before my flight which I knew was wrong. It ended up no problem and I got another taxi to the correct terminal. "
