All is very nice, we had a room with harbor view and enjoying balcony; all excellent except for breakfast, an amazing choice of chinese style items, all great but for north americans, which for sure are a very small minority, all "hot" items, such as eggs, omelets, ham, although under lamps, were served cold..... everything else is 5 stars!

It was great as always. To make it a perfect score, I think they need to update the toilet function as the flushing takes longer than normal time with weak water flow.

澎湖旅遊最適合的飯店之一

來過福朋喜來登三次，免費機場接送真的很方便，飯店設施齊全，尤其是有一個美麗的游泳池。每次來次住宿都是為了參加澎湖台灣鐵人賽，這飯店距離終點非常近，家人為選手加油也很方便。早餐提供各式各樣的食物，非常豐盛，飯店價格合理，值得來此一住

飯店房間十分寬敞乾淨，住起來很舒服 設施部分，無邊際泳池正對港口視野很好，由於是平日去，人不會太多，但假日可能會擠 位置離馬公馬頭滿近的，有跳島行程的人直接走過來搭船很方便 整體來說挺不錯!

少しカジュアルなシェラトンホテルです。 とはいえ、空港送迎無料サービス、スタッフがフレンドリー、ビュッフェなどリゾートの雰囲気を満喫できるような設備はしっかり揃っていました。 また澎湖に行くことがあればこちらに宿泊すると思います。

入住時有提醒五樓設施可以用,希望可特別說有游泳池,有小孩的家庭會比較注意可以去玩,因為若是健身等的設施小孩沒法玩,會因為這樣錯過

小孩全場嘶吼影響住宿品質

飯店任何服務都很好，但碰到差勁的客人時希望能主動制止，不能因你們覺得來者是客，甚至回住率而選擇忍受，因為那些奧客的小孩已將他們的快樂建築在我們的痛苦上，原本想給予高分的，但因為服務人員確實有一定難度制止，但足以影響評分了！

the worst Sheraton experience

the worst Sheraton experience. 1. inflexible and unfriendly pickup service. 2. I even can hear the TV noise from next door at 2am. 3. Water pressure issue leads terrible shower 4. No batetub 5. The bad attitude from front desk over the check in and check out.

A little expensive, but probably the best choice for Penghu. Staff were awesome and helped get several flowers for the room. Water view is worth every additional penny.
