“Vintage room was so spacious and very very comfortable.”

“ヘリテージホテルで歴史を感じる館内でありながら、部屋の設備は水回りも含めてとてもキレイでした。 料理も美味しく、また、音楽を聴きながら屋外で雰囲気もとても良かったです。 一緒に行った母がとても喜んでいました！”

“I was disappointed with my stay as the hotel didn't deliver on its online premises. Since apparently it was a low season, I was the only guest in the hotel for 3 days. The property area is noisy, dirty and full of stray dogs, bikes and local youngsters that came every morning and every evening to the stepwell to bath, not to mention the loud and continuous singing of the open air mosque that situated right on top of the stepwell... “Clean room, Great Food and Great service”

“The staffs were really helpful”

“This property is in the neighborhood you want to be. We actually moved from another hotel because it was too far away. Comfortable bed. Great view at value price. So happy we moved here.”

“Super friendly & helpful staff -- and excellent food! Good location with non-touristy little stores nearby.”

“Good: the staff is great service oriented. Breakfast was also good with enough items to select from. I do not understand how this is 5 star hotel and heritage. 1. Room smelled 2. Humid 3. Aged floor 4. Light bulbs not working in bathroom 5. No wash cloth in bathroom 6. Towels were little yellowed 7. They give you lock and key which does not make it heritage. 8. All rooms window faces hallways so if you keep drapes open then all those passes bu to get to their room will look in your room....
