Huge apartment with great views

Great location near Beau Vallon, however a car is definitely required as the nearest decent supermarket (and Beau Vallon) is 25 minute walk. Great views from the apartment, and as it’s right next to sunset beach, you get the view that everyone comes to beau vallon for. Robert at the resort in particular was extremely helpful - whenever we needed anything he made it happen with no delay.

Klasse Unterkunft. Haus hat 3 Ebenen, mit mehreren Schlafzimmern. Küchenausstattung könnte umfangreicher sein. Aber das Starter Frühstückspaket ist wirklich eine tolle Geste. Es war auch für genügend Wasser gesorgt. Wir hatten ein Haus in der ersten Reihe mit toller Aussicht. Allerdings ist dort die Brandung sehr laut, dass sollte man beachten. Der Pool ist genial, perfekt zum Sonnenuntergang anschauen.

Sehr komfortable Unterkunft. Mietwagen sollte man schon mit einplanen. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit PKW sehr gut zu erreichen. Parkplatz ist direkt am Haus. W-LAN funktionierte einwandfrei. Gepflegte Poolanlage ist zu empfehlen. Nächster Strand und Beau Vallon oder Sunset Beach (hier gute Schnorchelmöglichkeit)

Amzing property with stunning views.

Stayed at ocianica for 9 days. Ocianica is an amazing propety. Huge, spacious, 4 rooms, well equiped kitchen and the best part is the location. It is right on the ocean with stùnning views. The staff are friendly. They have a nice pool with a great view. Th propy is gat fo families. The hotel is very well located near shops and restaurants near the beach. Wish the managment develops this property further by adding some inhoue F&B outlet for breakfast and also a pool bar with some bar menu.

The location of this property is superb, literally on the ocean! Staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. The property is very safe as in a gated complex with security guards. The property itself, although pleasant, is in need of some refurbishment as its looking a bit tired. There were a few things missing from the kitchen e.g. a strainer/sieve/colander, sharper knives, peeler, only one tea towel for the whole week etc But all in all the kitchen was adequate.

Superbe logement en Triplex au pied de l’océan, très bien équipé et raffiné. Délicates attentions du personnel à l’arrivée et au départ. Ménage quotidien. Un bémol pour les produits de toilette bas de gamme (un gel douche et un shampoing Netto). Voiture recommandée pour se déplacer (excentré)

It was happy holidays in this property. The villa 14 has a great view and good equipped. The pool was rather large and it seemed we were only one there. Down stairs it was rocky beach and you must be very careful if you would like to snorkel. But it was beautiful snorkeling on the Mahe.

We stayed at super ocean view villa for 3 nights with 2 adults and 3 small kids and I do highly recommend to all families! For those who are hesitating to book this villa for it has not so many reviews but high rates, please read my review. We stayed at 2 bedroom oceanfront villa. The view from living room and master bedroom was spectacular. Kitchen was really nice, fully equipped with necessary goods for basic cooking. Airconditioning was working fine. There was a little space between terrace doors and I was afraid insects might get in but I found out it was not a problem at all. Toilet on the 2nd floor seemed a bit old but clean as well as bathtub and shower. Swimming pool was also really nice! There were two small supermarkets nearby(but definitely need car) and we bought some other items at huge supermarket at centrale of Mahe which is about 20 mins away from villa. Pool towels were provided and quick room cleaning had been done every day. Sheets and towels changing was every other day I guess. On the checkout day, staffs here gave us nice presents and I really loved them! We stayed at another hotel for the same budget for two nights after stay here but we loved our time here much more. I highly recommend this villa for family after all.
