"You get what you pay for. This is a budget, one star hotel that is cheap. It is basic, cramped, and in no way attractive. You get somewhere clean to sleep, to wash and keep your stuff safe while you go exploring or on your business in Mumbai. There were some mosquitos in my room but it took very little time to sort that out, I checked and found no bed bugs. "The property itself was stunning but I had a number of issues that were not remediated satisfactorily. I booked a suite with a bath and on my first night I was given the wrong room being the smallest and most basic on offer. I was assured by 11am the next morning I would be given the correct room. "Let’s start with the good - the staff at the apartments are kind and attentive and really go out of their way to attend to your needs. Big thanks to Vijay and Jayesh. Now for the things that need improving: 1) there is a ton of construction noise adjacent to the building. "Its an excellent budget hotel in an area of Mumbai that has a lot of life. I was the only white female I saw for days but had no troubles infact had an excellent time meeting people. The jewel in their crown is the restaurant downstairs- the food is spectacular. Even if you don’t stay come eat here and walk the neighbourhood - though I only kept to main roads and not the alleyways and slums. An overall excellent experience I would highly recommend. "

"I needed a room for one night and booked this online because an airport shuttle was listed as one of the amenities. I spent at least an hour at the airport looking for the shuttle and called the property several times. Finally, I got in an Uber to the hotel. When I checked in, I was told "no, no shuttle." I was put in a dumpy room overlooking the street with very loud street noise all night. I would not recommend this property. "
