Good location in Neustadt, close to Zollhafen and views of the Rhein. 15 minutes by bus to the cathedral or 35 minutes by foot. Very new and clean property, rooms are minimalist but practical. Bathroom is open concept with shower, toilet and sink in one space.

Clean, quiet and safe property but the design of the rooms created some problems….there is no room for a closet and the one peg with two hangers behind the door is simply not practical for a rainy week-long stay for two people.

Clean, simple, effective

Simple business hotel in a quiet corner of Neustadt. It is currently surrounded by construction sites, but that was not an issue. There's no parking at the hotel. The free parking is on the street, if you're lucky to find a spot (I was). There's a parking garage across the street which is inexpensive (5 EUR a night). There's a Rewe supermarket only 2 blocks away.

1) No parking (Parking outside is good but there is hard to leave the parking at night after parking the car 2) This is a low level motel. Bed is poor quality and amenities remind me of a low quality motel. 3) No ironing board in room - have to be requested to secure one. Next time I won't stay here.

I arrived at the hotel late, and I was very tired. The receptionist was rude. He gave me a far room, and when I was surprised that there was no bed for my son, I went to him and told him that there was no bed for my son. His answer was, “This is not my problem, this is your problem with Expedia,, I told him that my reservation was for three people, and he said to me, “This is your problem. There are no triple rooms in our hotel, all of them are double rooms.” I went out to my car, then returned to him and asked him to cancel the reservation, and he said to me, “I have found you a triple room. I don’t know why
