"I'm giving a big 10 out of 10 to the night desk clerk. Sadly, I don't remember her name, but she was FANTASTIC! No request was too large or too small. She attended to each and every one. She decorated the lobby and the outside planters, everything was so welcoming. The only thing she couldn't help me with was the quality of the breakfasts. Not good at all. I ended up going out for breakfast after the first day, even though it wasn't in my budget."

"The bathroom sink leaked and the bed comforters didn't seem very clean. Most importantly, the bathtub featured drywall mesh patching and a lot of sparkle. I didn't like that; the bathtub floor had a lot "give." There was nice shampoo, but I usually bring my own soaps so I didn't ask.
