โThe staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was varied and the room was large with good view to the city. The center was within walking distance.
It is important to know that rooms are only cleaned on request.
Unfortunately the staff do not speak English or German. A translator is helpful.

โA comfortable and well-kept hotel some 50 meters from multiple hiking trails and but a 20 minute walk from the Karpacz downtown. The surroundings are beautiful. A truly perfect place for exercise and relaxation. I conjoined ca. 5 hours of hiking each day with massage treatments in the spa. I opted for half board and found the gastronomy, for both breakfast and dinner, to be of the the highest quality. I'm going back next year.โ

โDog friendly and air conditioned rooms. Walking distance to town centre. Swimming pool and sauna included at no extra cost which was a great way to relax after a day of exploring. Buffet style breakfast with lots of local food options to choose from.โ
โThe apartments are great, and for this great price. We were 2 adult and children, so a big plus with the washing machine. So easy with the keys and commucation. โ
โStayed in the winter, it was a cozy place to stay, within walking distance to almost anything/anywhere you might want to go. Staff was polite and professional. Would stay here again.โ
