Hello Dominique, thank you for your review and for staying with us. We are disappointed that you did not enjoy your stay. However, we never promised that you could enter the apartment at 1pm and notified you that our check-in starts at 3pm. As our check-out time is 12 pm and there was a guest in the apartment until then, it would be impossible for our staff to clean the apartment well, including the terrace, in just 1 hour. We told you multiple times that we could not promise check-in at 1pm, but would do our best to clean the apartment and have it ready for you as soon as possible, which is exactly what we did. We apologize if there was any confusion. We apologize that the internet stopped working when you were in the apartment. We worked with the internet provider to ensure that this would be fixed as soon as possible. We truly meant to tell you that the wifi was working when we sent you that message. We thank you for staying with us and apologize for any inconveniences you experienced during your stay.
