Staff were excellent. Friendly, helpful and provided great service. We dined in the restaurant one evening. The food was good but limited choice for healthy options. There are two supermarkets locally which at it was easy to get a Grab Car from here to explore. Hotel also helped us with booking a trip to Bromo and to watch the sunrise at King Kong Hill which was amazing. Great hotel for what we needed and helpful that staff had a good understanding of English.

Rooms were very comfortable and clean, with a great view over the city of Malang. Staff was very friendly too and even though they had quite a few trainees on the roster when I stayed, they tried their best and always had a smile on their face, even though they were still learning and occasionally had to clarify a number of things with the senior staff. I had to set off very early in the morning but they were kind enough to prepare a packed breakfast (with delicious nasi goreng) for me.

Room description inaccurate

The room description is not accurate. I ordered a family room with “two double beds” according to the room description but ended up with just one double bed and a bunk bed! Wheras it does give 2 x 2 pax, the level of comfort is not as expected! Told the receptionist at checkin but got no solution offered. The View from 9th floor was nice and breakfast buffet satisfactory.

3.5 stars hotel with 5 stars services Had a great stay here for 3 days and 2 nights, as this is managed by Accor so we have been expecting this, love the semi-indoor swimming pool and the water is warm, love it! The breakfast ambiance is good, they are also eco-green so there will be an aqua water tank in every corridor level, on 2nd night I'm having an unpleasant incident on the lift, however, they immediately took follow-up action and asked how I feel, even they treat me beyond expectations. Their staff were very polite and generous, will definitely come back if I have time for a holiday in the near future.

The room and the breakfast were ok, but some improvement in cleanliness might be done. The towels provided we very old (threadbare), the soap dispenser in the shower had some rusted parts which implied some rust pieces were released with the soap at each release and the shower had some molded sealings. The pillow sheets also didn't smell good, as if they had been kept in a dusty place or just not properly cleaned.

Good stay overall

Had a great stay here. The food was goodand staff were helpful and nice. Our train was very early and we were disappointed that though the room is ready early we had to pay for early check in. We stayed a while so it wouldve been nice if they provided the customer service for early check in. Otherwise rooftop pool is nice but always crowded. The gym was nice and clean. Not many options to eat nearby so we usually ate in restaurant or took taxi for offsite eating

Quite disappointed with the condition of the room. The door lock was not functioning properly. No spare toilet roll and we ran out of it in the middle of the night! The shower gel dispenser did not work. Shouldn’t the house cleaning staff check on these things when they clean the room everyday? Buffet breakfast spread was sub standard by Accor hotel std. Food was lousy.

Comfortable hotel

Check in was smooth. Hotel located in easy access to every where in Malang. Food is superb.check out process was quick and prompt. Special mention to Housekeeping lady in 5th floor very friendly staff and accomodating.
