"Our room was cleaned very well every day. All aeas of the hotel were very clean. The breakfast choice is fabulous. Location is perfect for us, near to La Carihuela and right on the beach. Very friendly bar staff who remembered us from our previous visit. Also, Angie and Daniel in the Premium reception area were professional and very helpful "

"Just one criticism. Our balcony wall was so high that we could not see the sea or pool when sitting on it. Other balconies were lower or the top part had a railing and you could see around that. We could have been sitting anywhere miles from the sea for all we could see. Otherwise, very good."

"The entrance and lobby at this hotel are simply gorgeous, a real attention to detail makes this a welcoming environment. The rooms are spacious and clean, and although the balconies are small, they do provide a lovely view. The solarium area and sunbathing spaces are ample and both pools were refreshing. The pool bar has lots of options and a nice food menu. Overall, having stayed in 5 or 6 hotels in the vicinity, Hotel Alay has proved to be my favourite and actually great value for money too."
