"I would say to everyone look beyond the bad reviews,the staff are very helpfull friendly and will do their best to facilitatee your reequests. The facility has changed since some of the bad reviews in that there is piwer during the day unless generator being topped up. "The hotel was very good once we had got over the issue of not initially having enough beds, towels or other things for the 3 people on the booking. We were told this was because we had not filled in the correct forms on the website and they wanted to charge us extra but this charge was then waived. Although a little out of the centre of KL, there is a station 3 minutes walk away to get around and the underground system is extremely clean and efficient. Overall, an excellent base for a city break."

"A very well appointed hotel to relax and explore Sabah, Borneo. The staff could not be more personable and attentive, which transformed our experience and made it very special for our break. The breakfast is plentiful and well arrayed, covering Asian and Western Cuisine. The pool side lunch is reasonable in offering, and while we did not opt for dinner, the choice of restaurants were ample for a 4 night stay. The garden wing room was well sized for a family, and the housekeeping staff have thought of all the needs for modern travel. The location is about a 45 minute drive from the airport and the main city, which did not affect our needs but some might find a bit remote. The adjoining rasa ria reserve was quite special and the choice of activities on offer is fantastic. The daytime entertainment at the poolside is really good. With fond memories, we would definitely comeback."
