“In addition to convenient location and beautiful traditional architecture, the staff of the hotel was very friendly, kind and helpful. Particularly, Tom gave us all the best of help when we suffered from some trouble. We had a great experience at the hotel thanks to the wonderful staff, despite an embarassed trouble losting an important item in Penang. ”

“1) the bathroom drainage constantly smell of urine, so strong that even if after shower the smell still lingers. We had to close the toilet door to ensure the smell is contained in there. Im pretty sure changing of room doesnt help as its due to old piping issues. 2) Ants. You simply can't leave food lying around for it will very quickly invite ants. Ants in the toilet, tv console, table beside your bed. It's terrible. 3) no sound proofing to speak of, the room facing the main road has traffic...

“Great location, checking in and out is simple and really good value for money. Wasn’t really a fan of the bathroom and toilet situation. But the most annoying thing was the noise generated by the AC and the fan in the bathroom. So hard to sleep at night.”
