“This is my 2nd time staying at Fabulous Mutiara Ville, but different unit and block. What I like about this home is clean and tidy. They've kitchen and iron too. If they've hair dryer, that'll be perfect.”

“On one of the day my room was not cleaned,i asked the guy and he said i did not inform him,i told him it should be the other way around,if i inform him not to clean then there is no need to clean otherwise he should clean.Maybe the management should put the label slider or a hanger on the door to indicate if cleaning of the room is required. Other than that,not much issues,room and toilet is small but i took the standard room and for the price,there is no complaints.There is only one coffee shop...

“Close to shops etc. Many items in the property are in broken-down conditions. Such as shower heads, etc etc”

“The environment was great however cleanliness for the room was not up to the standards. There’s obvious stains in the toilet bowl. The noise level was extremely high as well. Just a feedback to the management, the parking lot infront of our room was always occupied, I think priority should always be for the occupants instead of outsider who come to the cafe.”

“We love the Tudor! It was so beautifully decorated for Christmas when we visited in end Nov. Felt like we are in European hotel. The staff we met are all friendly and helpful. We stayed in the duplex room with the attic and it was a nice experience sleeping in the tudor attic. We will certainly visit again!”

“The room and view is really really lovely and we actually enjoyed our stay here. The food is really nice too. The room’s aren’t too private though, you can see and hear the villas around you (wasn’t a problem for us). The staff really let you down though. They’re curt and rude and we felt like we were treated like outsiders for not being Malaysian the entire time (which is honestly surprising because we have been travelling around Malaysia for two months and have only ever encountered the...
