“I specifically stated 3 persons for the night. While the sofa worked as a makeshift bed, there was no blanket for the 3rd person. The whole room had a musty smell and bidet not working. The showers at the pool were broken.. Since I prepaid and had to travel over 24hours, it's nerve wrecking to arrive in klia with no instructions to find the place. The check in instructions were detailed but came quite late after asking for directions twice. ”

“Very recent refit and the rooms are well appointed with a spectacular view of the golf course I’d definitely recommend getting a room facing the golf course. Otherwise the Oakwood lounge on the top floor offers the same views. It is well situated in the middle with Brinchang area north and Tanah Rata south of hotel.
