Das Haus liegt ruhig und schön mit Blick auf den See, der Garten und die Parkmöglichkeiten sind sehr gut. Die Ausstattung hat den 'Charme der 70er Jahre'! Die Möblierung ist spartanisch und lieblos, das kombinierte Wohn-/Küchenzimmer bot keine gemütliche Sitzgelegenheit. Der Sanitärbereich (beim gößeren Apartment)ist eine Zumutung. Der Einstieg in die Dusche (Seitenlänge 60 cm!) hat eine Breite von lediglich 34 cm. Die Warm-Kaltregelung ließ zu wünschen übrig. Die über die Klimaanlage betriebene Heizung(Deckenheizung) ist ökologisch völlig sinnlos, weil nach Abschaltung der Heizung der Raum sofort wieder auskühlt(entweder zu heiß oder zu kalt!). Handtuchwechsel und Toilettenpapier nur auf Anforderung. Wechsel der Bettwäsche gab es in 9 Tagen nicht, es wurde auch nie geputzt. Das in der Küche vorhandene Putzgerät war unzureichend. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist somit nicht angemessen. Der Swimmingpool war wegen Algenbewuchses und Verschmutzung nicht benutzbar. Offensichtlich war die Umwälzpumpe seit längerem nicht mehr im Betrieb. Der Eigentümer plant eine Sanierung im Laufe des Winters.

Perfekt belligenhed og rigtig god service

Rigtig god bellighed med en fantastisk udsigt over Gardasøen meget imødekommen ejer, som giver rigtig mange gode informationer omkring lejlighederne samt området omkring malcesine vi havde en af lejlighederne i stueplan, dette ødelagde absolut ikke udsigten når man sad på terrassen om aftenen Dejlig stort lejlighed

Dejligt men lidt slidt kompleks. Det ligger 2,5 km. fra Malcesine, som man sagtens kan gå til. Stedet kan varmt anbefales, men er ikke luksus.
