“Had a great stay. Friendly helpful staff. Wonderful amenities in room- induction stove top, full fridge with freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, big tv and good hvac and more. Bouncy but very comfortable beds. The building itself was a bit old and shabby, with a lingering odor, but the room was fine, (no awards for style 😉) just the carpet was a bit old and worn. Manager even let me gather some food for breakfast the night before, since we had to leave early for the ferry the next day....

“I expect an older and dated hotel when staying in a harbor city. So, I was okay with it being an older room and even a little rundown. But, the dirty linens and dirty towels were not nice. Also, even with three requests they never came to take our garbage or tend to our room during the 5 days that we were there. I don't quite understand why they did not take the garbage. It was all kind of strange.”

“The restaurant was closed for renovations, so that was a disappointment. The view from the room was great. We could watch the tide coming in and going out. And lots of bald eagles. Watched the fishing boats coming and going, and the float plane. But the patio door was nearly impossible to open and close, don't know if it is off the track or what. The staff were friendly and helpful.”

“Thank you so much for an awesome stay. The Inn was close to all the shops and the main St. Tina was so good to us! Thank you for the best fish and chips we ever had, the halibut was amazing! A wonderful birthday, Alert Bay we can't wait to come back and visit!”
