The cabin exceeded my expectations. The kitchen was well stocked and bathroom was very clean and cute window out into the woods which made it very relaxing. The estancia’s staff was top notch, made us feel very welcome, pool & jacuzzi was awesome and their restaurant is exceptional

We got to our room, and the bathroom smelled horrible! I notified the gentleman at the front desk. He said he would contact management and see if they would authorize a move to another room. He later came to our room and said the request was denied. He sprayed some “perfume” in the drains and told us to leave the fan on, and left. That didn’t help. We woke up during the night and could smell the sewage. The place was ok other than the terrible smell, There was no TV, Wi-Fi, or microwave in our room.
