"Wonderful, clean and modern site. Great staff, very helpful. The only bad experience was a local power outage on our last day that affected dinner and such. Not hotel’s fault but could be common in that region of Greece. Otherwise would have given five stars - definitely would recommend this location !"

"What a beautiful place! Everything was wonderful, from the amazing welcome, the beautiful cave rooms, the smiling and helpful staff. We enjoyed a couples massage in the spa which was one of the best deep tissue massages. Must stay in Crete!!!"

"The room was lovely and clean and the bed was fantastic. The staff are amazing and attentive and are happy to help make the stay feel welcoming. The ourdoor area is top notch, comfortable seats and lots of space to relax in the sun. The hotel is not far from all the areas youll want to go and plenty of taxis or car hiring as well. Our only complaints are, we had repeating trouble with the wifi which would shut down and stop working regularly, on one of our nights the lights in our room turned on while we were sleeping and would not turn off. It was also quite noisy but not enough to cause us to lose any sleep. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel as a go to spot and we are considering returning next year."

"Lovely spacious soundproofed, room with a small balcony and air conditioning. Shower was fab. The pool is unheated unfortunately but still refreshing. The pool area was very clean. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were all very helpful."
