Family holiday
Great weeks stay, very busy. Hotel's location is its best selling point, close to everything. Pool area nice, up early for sunbeds though! Had b and b, the breakfast was very good with great variety and coffee machine. Brilliant family holiday location, has a kids club for the younger, would definitely return

Buena relación calidad-precio. La zona de la piscina es chula. El apartamento es sencillo pero adecuado para estancias medias, con una terracita muy aprovechable. Buen servicio de recepción y opción de tomarte algo en una cafetería dentro del complejo. A mejorar, poner un poco más de menaje, sobre todo una cafetera. La playa está a 5 minutos a pie y no suele haber problemas para aparcar en los alrededores.

Great family apartments in Port de pollenca
We stayed here for our family holiday 16-23 july. We had a lovely time. The pool was lovely and warm and had a baby pool and a big pool. The big pool was also great for little ones as it had a shallow layer so they could play there too when the baby pool was busy. We liked the way the sunloungers were locked up until around 9am as it meant there wasnt a big rush to get sunloungers. There were always some available no matter what time you went to the pool. There were parasols available and some shady areas near the trees. We stayed on the ground floor which they accommodated for us as im disabled which was really great as there isnt a lift. The apartment had everything you needed, 2 hobs, sink, fridge, freezer and enough plates etc. The only thing it didnt have was a drainer so we had to dry up as was washed up. There was washing machine facilities, it was 4 Euros for one big wash so we did one whilst we were there which was handy with kids. The apartments were only a few minute walk from the beach which was great and onto the pinewalk where all the bars and restaurants are! We used the bike hire place opposite (PRO AM cycling). Jules in there is great and very knowledgeable. We hired bikes for my husband, myself and our 4 year old. The only negative for our stay was the noise from the apartment above - however if you get a quiet family like we did the second half of our stay it was fine. The hotel did apologise and offer to move us. Other than that we had a lovely stay and

Posizione eccellente a due passi dal mare, dai negozi e dai ristoranti della località. Appartamenti semplici e non recentissimi ma nel complesso la struttura era molto ben tenuta e ordinata soprattutto negli spazi esterni e nella zona piscina. Tutto il personale sempre cortese e disponibile.

Dejligt sted
Dejligt lejlighedshotel med meget venligt personale. Der er en god stemning på stedet, og det er et godt sted med børn. Morgenmaden er fin nok, der er hvad der skal være. Lejlighederne er noget slidte, men de fungerer. Det ligger meget tæt på stranden, som er virkelig dejlig og meget lidt turistet. Alt i alt et godt sted, vi gerne besøger igen.

May Stay
Nice location with very friendly staff. Breakfast over priced at 14 Euros. Nice lounge bar. Pool quite small but fine for kids. Getting to room though a sea of sunbeds daft. Balcony small but adequate.

Fint hotell!
Vi hadde en fin uke på hotellet. Her får man mye for pengene! Hotellets beliggenhet er perfekt! 2 minutter å gå til strandpromenaden. Stille og rolig område! Matbutikk rett utenfor. Leiligheten er hyggelig og romslig - ikke med de mest moderne møbler, men alt er rent og pent. Bra med kjøkkenutstyr (kun kokeplater). Hyggelig bassengområde. Vi ønsket oss leilighet i øverste etasje med ettermiddags/kveldssol - et ønske som ble oppfylt! Balkongen er kanskje litt liten hvis man er flere enn to personer! Vi velger gjerne å bo der igjen hvis vi skal tilbake til Puerto Pollensa. Sammenlignet med Alcudia er dessuten Puerto Pollensa mye mer hyggelig!!

A number of us went for a week's cycling Sadly since the last visit the storage , security and facilities has changed and bikes were now in a shed at the back, and unlike other hotels, there are no tools/repair facilities The air conditioning didn't work in the rooms, despite bringing this to the attention of the hotel and a number of doors, cupboards etc had damage to them The breakfast menu was very limited and expensive at 14 Euros

Disappointing as such a lovely resort
Pleasant long awaited trip, spoilt by rowdy drunk groups of men , unable to keep their language and volume down. Never considered other holiday makers with there comings and going’s at all hours- lots of slamming doors.

The apartments are in a great location, very close to the beach and restaurants. It was clean and had everything we needed. The bed was a bit hard but may suit some people. The bar area was bright and the staff were very friendly. We would certainly stay here again.

Short 3 night family stay
Great location just a minutes walk from pine walk. Clean and comfortable apartments could do with a freshen up, but overall we would stay here again. Breakfast didn’t look great and expensive option to add on at €14 per day (not €8 per day as quoted on Hotels.com website) there are much better options in restaurants on pine walk.

El apartamento estaba bastante bien equipado y ubicado,las recepcionistas muy agradables. Me falto que tuviera una cafetera y aunque el apartamento estaba bastante limpio cuando llegamos la limpieza de los días que se pasaron fue un poco regulera.

Hotellet er slidt, men der er en skøn atmosfære. Personalet er meget venligt og imødekommende. Beliggenheden er perfekt, midt i byen, tæt på stranden.

Apartment is well-equipped with pots and pans, cutlery, tea towels but make sure you bring your own cleaning (e.g. dishwashing liquid and sponges) as these are not provided. Alternatively, these can be easily purchased in the corner shop/ supermarket. Plenty of shopping around, easy walk to the port with restaurants. A 5-10 min drive will take you to Lidl. Tap water in Pollensa is rather salty and undrinkable (in my opinion) so bottled water for cooking and drinking is recommended. Plenty of free parking around the property. Easy to travel around with a car - Sunday market in Pollenca, villages in the Serra de Tramuntana, Playa de Formentor. Also surrounded by well-labelled walks and cycle paths for the hikers and cyclists. The aparthotel also has a self-service laundry area with a washer (4 euros) and dryer (3 euros). It automatically dispenses washing detergent in the washer so there is no need to bring/ buy detergent.
