Veldig koselig og fint hotell. Veldig lytt, slik at man hørte alt som skjedde i gangene og på rommene ved siden av, men sover man tungt gjør ikke det noe. Vi var her i 5 dager og hadde all inclusive. I det så er frokost, lunsj og middag inkludert. Tre glass øl (san Miguel) eller vin (et lokalt et tror jeg) til lunsj og middag er da inkludert. Man kan også få dispenserbrus helt frem til kl 23. Snacksen inkludert var frukt, noen skiver med ost og skinke og muligens småbakst fra frokosten/lunsjen. Maten varierte litt så man går nok ikke lei på bare 5 dager, men var ikke det absolutt mest fantastiske jeg har spist. Dette er heller ikke forventet ettersom vi ikke betalte store summen for oppholdet. Mest positive: så lett med transport fra hotellet. Vi tok vanlig buss fra flyplassen som man bruker bankkort til å «tappe» seg inn på. Stopper rett utenfor hotellet. Bussen går også til Palma herfra (ca. 30 min tur). Mest negative: hvor høylytt det var. Alt i alt helt fint opphold med fint bassengområde!

Get what you pay for.
The lobby and pool area are very nice. The room was clean but the bathroom in our room was dated and needed an upgrade. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Food was good and my fussy husband could always find something to eat.

Det som har vart bra och dåligt. Bra:, deras croissanter, poolen var fin, snälla städerskor, byte handdukar varje dag och städades i rummet. Dåligt: Hotellsängen är antingen hård eller för mjuk, lyhört i korridorerna och från grannarna, dem tar betalt 1Euro för plast muggen du vill ha dricka i från baren , när du redan har all inclusive …men du får tbx den när du lämnar muggen. Resturangen, finns ingen variation på frukost eller middag , så fick äta mina middagar och lunch ute på restaurang.

Nice and clean hotel with friendly staff. Great communal areas such as the bar, pool and park. We got the all inclusive booking and was disappointed with the vegetarian food selection during lunch and dinner. Other than that we had a great experience.

Das Hotel war super mit dem Bus vom Flughafen aus zu erreichen bzw. hat man sehr gute Busanbindungen nach Palma oder die Umgebung. In unmittelbarer Nähe sind Supermärkte, Apotheke und Restaurants. Den Spaziergang zum Strand habe ich als angenehm empfunden. Die Essensauswahl an sich fand ich ausreichend, selbst Vegetarier wären satt geworden. Es gab alle möglichen Ersatzmilchs anstatt Kuhmilch bzw. Laktose freie Milch. Allerdings fehlte dem Essen einiges an Gewürzen, das war schwer das mit den kleinen Salz und Pfeffertüten auszugleichen. Das Personal war freundlich auch wenn das Servicepersonal am Empfang kein deutsch kann. Leider waren an meiner Zimmertüre die Schrauben von innen und außen lose. Einige konnte ich selbst nachziehen, andere Fasten nicht ins Holz. Der Duschvorhang hätte mal erneut gehört.

Overall hotel it is good value for money, however the dining area is very small and we often were going out to eat instead of queuing in there. The food was good but the should think about bigger places to dine as the hotel is quite big.

Personeel over het algemeen vriendelijk en behulpzaam, van poetsploeg tot receptie en barpersoneel. Kamers netjes verzorgt, alleen vrij gehorig, eten was voor prijs/kwaliteit acceptabel, al zou er op eenvoudige manier iets meer afwisseling kunnen worden gecreëerd (bijna iedere dag kippeboutjes !!).

The location of the hotel isn't the best, overlooking a builders yard and it's a bit of a track to the beach but it's a nice enough hotel, very clean and modern. Breakfast was nice

Wir wurden ohne vorherige Ankündigung in ein anderes Hotel umgebucht,welches weder einen Außenbereich noch einen schönen Pool hatte. Es gab keinerlei Entgegenkommen von dem Personal. Der Manager war nicht zu sprechen und es gab keine Entschuldigung.

Great WiFi, good dinner & bfast but room sucked
The room felt like it’s in a 2-star hotel at best - the bed sheets not tucked properly kept slipping out. There was no bed cover, I had to wear my winter pj to be able to sleep. The bath tub was big enough for people 5ft tall or under. Dinner and internet connection were much better than the room (which did not deserve the rate I paid) - i’d rate dinner at 8, and WiFi at 10

Good value for money
We spent a couple of nights here and enjoyed the hotel, and surrounding area. The staff were lovely and the hotel had a decent range of facilities, including a pool. There was a decent range of options available for breakfast, and a lunch and dinner, and the menu was quite different, each of the two days that we were there. However, the place could have been cleaner. It wasn't dirty, by all means, but it could still have been cleaner than it was. Also, the pool area wasn't particularly comfortable. One major plus was that the bar had a poolside shutter, so you could order drinks near the pool area. It only saved a few steps, but really helped get the most out of the all inclusive deal! The hotel was situated about 10 minutes from the beach, which is very reasonable, especially considering there are plenty of local shops, hotels and bars to take in as you stroll down to the beach. A big downside was that the plumbing system was extremely noisy, and whenever somebody flushed in the room next to us/above us, we could hear the water running through the pipes, to the extent that it could quite easily wake you up if you are not a particularly deep sleeper! All in all, the location was decent, the staff were friendly and if you don't mind what was mentioned above, it is good value for money, while you explore the surrounding area, and the all inclusive was definitely worth it!

Pleasant place to stay, with a mixed crowd. Lively, yet relaxed and not noisy. Room was clean and had a nice patio. There was a common area/bar near the pool with music. However, I found the bingo nights to be very lame. My only other gripes were the thin walls in the room and the shower handle wouldn’t always stay in position in the holder.

Séjour d'une semaine à l'hôtel blue sea à palma
Satisfaite du rapport qualité prix. Nous étions en demi pension car nous avions un véhicule de location et avons visiter de long En large cette belle île. L'hôtel est intéressant par sa situation car près des accès routiers pour les départs en voiture. Ça n'est pas un hôtel pour y passer ses journées.... Juste un point de Chutte économique je dirai. Beaucoup d'étranger allemand et anglais y séjournaient.... En famille et entre amis.... Bruyant et festif le soir... C'est l'Espagne ne l'oublions pas... Mais courtois et bonne enfant. Le personnel est accueillant et souriant. Je tiens à remercier le veilleur de nuit qui lundi matin ma réveillé a 3h pour m'informer qu'il avait trouvé mon sac oublié dans le salon de l'entrée !!!... Personne n'y avait touché papiers et argent dedans !!... J'ai eu de la chance mais grâce à son honnêteté j'ai pu finir mes vacances sereinement. Encore merci à lui. Je reviendrai à Majorque... Super voyage... Trop court ☺ je recommande cet hôtel. Bonnes vacances à vous.

Turned away at check in.Booked 5 months in advance
Rather disappointed that we did not get to stay at this hotel. We turned up at the hotel only to be told that the hotel was full with Spanish families who get priority. This was not passed on to us until check in and as we had booked this hotel 5 months in advance it seems a bit rude to do this to us. However we were taken to a sister hotel The Caribbean Bay, which in itself was OK if a bit rowdy. Talking to several other guests it appears that there were quite a few others who had suffered a similar fate to ours. So if you book this hotel be aware that you may not get to stay here.

Agréable court séjour passé en famille. Le personnel est très agréable et serviable La plage à pieds en moins de 10mn et le bus pour se rendre à Palma à 2min de l'hôtel est appréciable Le seul coté négatif est la mauvaise insonorisation des chambres..
