Sensationelle Dach Terrasse mit Meersicht, Bar, Pool und bequemen Liegen. Auch das Frühstück Buffet ist seht grosszügig. Freundliches Personal, bequeme Betten und die Zimmer sind Ruhig. Gerne wieder einmal !

Wont stay anywhere else in Santa Ponsa
Fantastic stay. Sea view room on first floor with balcony area and further space with our own outdoor bed, rooftop bar and infinity pool overlooking the bay with sunsets to die for. Room was great (for Brits there is no kettle). Comfy bed and choice of pillows. Safe. Great Wi-Fi. Superb breakfast included. Pool area pleasant, water temp ok but sea and infinity pool warmer. Staff were great. Location perfect, loads of restaurants within 5 minute walk. Even thought it’s central it was quiet. And best of all 10 second walk across the road to an amazing beach. Can’t wait to return.

Postives - beach location, roof terrace & infinity pool, lovely staff, great pool area, spa, breakfast, Estrella on tap! Special mention for Christina at the roof top bar....always happy & helpful. Negatives - Room walls are paper thin & show signs of wear & tear. Id happily stay again but I'd book the new rooms at the front.

Joint du lavabo de la salle de bain à refaire car très sale. Personnel ne parle pas très bien le français, c’est dommage! Pas d’animation le soir pour les enfants c’est dommage aussi.

Brilliant hotel. Amazing location and stunning rooftop pool. Staff were fabulous! Breakfast was delicious with so many options.

Fantastisches Hotel
Eines der besten Hotels welches ich bisher erleben durfte. Toller Standort, Zimmer mit Meerblick, hervorragendes Buffet sowohl zum Frühstück wie auch zum Abendessen. Ein besonderes Highlight ist die Dachterrasse. Wir waren vom Gesamteindruck sowohl der Zimmer (Superior-Doppelzimmer, Meerblick) wie auch der freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Mitarbeiter positiv überrascht.

Inte alls vad vi förväntade oss! Katastrof service både i receptionen och vid poolen, maten va värre än en skolmatsal - kycklingen rå båda dagarna.. Brittisk bar-gata 200m från hotellet, kändes som Magaluf. Vi checkade ut 3 nätter tidigt och personalen undrade inte varför!!! Åk inte hit om du inte är sugen på en riktig charterresa med dålig kvalitet.. beställler du en flaska vin får du betala extra för isen i hinken, vill du ha en handduk till poolen betalar du 10euro per person.. Det enda som inte var katastrof va rummen och städning, förmodligen renoverat för inte så längesen så det kändes förhållandevis fräscht.

Lovely stay with a friend
We arrived about midnight and raul on reception was very friendly and efficient. The hotel organised our private return transfer which took the stress away for us. Room clean and comfy. Few areas of TLC in the bathroom i.e peeling paint and mildrew corners. Breakfast had so much variety all fresh! Pool area not too busy. Roof top bar and pool lovely. Beach right opposite the hotel. Loads of restaurants choice

jeg ville ikke kalde værelserne "superior" da værelserne ikke var store, der var ikke kopper,kedel, the eller kaffe på værelset som jeg synes mindst skal være på et superior, så ingen forskæl på et vanligt og et superior værelse, undtagen prisen :-(. Der var laaanng ventetid på maden på tagterrassen, derfor blev den bare besøgt en gang. Ellers var alt godt :-)

Das Hotel ist mittlerweile in die Jahre gekommen. Es müssten dringend Erhaltungsarbeiten gemacht werden. In manchen Bereichen ist die Sauberkeit unterirdisch. Auch das Essen ist einfallslos und lieblos. Ich kenne dieses Hotel anders. Schade. Das Personal macht einen hervorragenden Job, kann aber über große Mankos nicht hinweghelfen.

Séjour convenable un peu bruyant la nuit dans les couloirs manque cafetière dans la chambre (pour le prix )petit déjeuner varié mais toujours la même chose ( séjour 12 jours) personne désagréable qui prépare les omelettes et les œufs Impossible d’avoir des transats au bord de la piscine les gens posent leurs serviettes dès 7h du matin et arrivent vers 11h00 inadmissible !!! Lækkert overnatningssted. Men ikke lydisoleret og ualmindeligt mange børn (der råber på alle døgnets tider). Tæt på strand og supermarked. Desværre ikke så mange gode spisesteder i byen - mange kedelige turistfælder.

Very nice stay at H10 for 30th birthday
Very nice hotel, prime location and staff were very helpful. We arrived several hours before check-in and they managed to get our room ready early for us. Stayed here with my partner for my 30th birthday. The hotel left a complimentary bottle of cava in the room for us to celebrate. The rooftop pool has great views! The hotel has a no reserving sunbeds policy, so when people did try to reserve the limited number of day beds in the morning it was good to see them enforce this policy and remove towels from empty beds! Will recommend this hotel to others.

Wir sind im Gesamteindruck super zufrieden. Es gibt kleine Verbesserungsvorschläge, bspw. dass man das Geschirr nach dem Spülgang kontrolliert, so dass alles sauber serviert wird. Oder dass man die Möglichkeit hat auf Deutsche Sender, anstatt nur spanische. Ansonsten sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Die Zimmer sind eher klein, sollte aber nicht stören, wir wären nach 2 Wochen auch nochmals 2 Wochen länger geblieben.

Sehr schönes Hotel, netter Empfang, saubere Zimmer. Für die Lage erstaunlich ruhig, wir waren im April da. Das Frühstücksbuffet war toll, sehr große Auswahl.

Hotel is nice, could do with a few little continuing upgrades to the rooms and hallways at the back of the hotels. Cleaning staff were brilliant. Good pool set up for kids

A great short break.
Had a short 4 day break at this hotel. Couldn’t fault the hotel in any way. Everyone was Covid compliant in the hotel, wearing masks ect. Cleanliness was excellent, breakfast had plenty of choice, reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Very quiet at night time. A lovely roof top cocktail bar with fabulous views of the sunset. Would recommended this hotel and would return in the future. Good base location and staging point to explore the island.

Great views across a stunning bay.
Location of hotel is perfect. Across a quiet road from a lovely safe beach which has all the amenities and paddle boards etc. Roof top bar with stunning views of the bay. Great breakfast lots of choice. Hotel staff were all brilliant. Check in fast and efficient. We will return.

Lovely hotel for our return to Majorca.
Really enjoyed our stay the staff on the reception were very helpful, couldn’t fault them. Room was cleaned really well every day put ones mind at rest during the climate at this time. Will stay again.
