There was a prominent mold smell in our room from the first moment we entered. Also noticed a sewage smell coming out of the bathroom later. Hotel staff wasn't able to change our room as they said the hotel was full and that's it. We will not be staying here or recommending Hotel Citric Soller to anyone.

Et værelse virkede aircon ikke. Der hvor aircon virkede larmede de så meget de ikke kunne køre om natten Men pga mange myg kunne vi ikke have åben dør så meget varmt. Stor kakerlak løb rundt hvor man spiste middag.

No sleep
The location and view are good other than that the place needs a full refurb and it would be great. The room was so hot day and night and it stank and there were no facilities. There was an old portable aircon unit that you couldn’t move that was very noisy and cooled the corner of the bed it was next to. The shower sprayed everywhere. There was a unit on the outside hotel wall that made a droning noise all night. You could here people moving around all night 3/4am etc I wonder if they were struggling to sleep too? We saw in the morning another room that had a larger balcony had moved their mattress outside to sleep.

Vi gillade hotellet, jättefin utsikt och ett bra rum med det man kan tänkas behöva. Det blev väldigt varmt i rummet på natten, ACn lät såpass mycket att det inte gick att ha den på på natten. Tacksam att det fanns en AC öht dock! Vi blev också lite förvånade över att det stod att hotellet har gratis parkering inkluderat, vilket visade sig inte stämma. Det var relativt svårt att hitta parkering i närheten av hotellet.

The staff are fabulous here and the location/view amazing. The hotel was very run down and it was great to know it was being revamped in October!! Good luck with the revamp but wouldn’t reccomend until then as lack of air con or air con that’s noisier than imaginable is not worth the cheap rate.

Arrived to the AC not working, they were not able to move me to another room due to only 4 rooms having AC. I had to check out and find another hotel at a more expensive rate due to last minute. Staff tried to accommodate by giving me dinner and breakfast, but AC was needed for the room, so I had to move.

Superb 1 star hotel but in need of renovation
Staff were so hospitable and looked after us very well. Overall, we were really happy with our 8 night stay The hotel does have a few issues such as only one very small lift that is not sufficient for the number of guests. One of our rooms was very small and in general, the hotel is looking a little tired. We did however, enjoy our stay and thank you to Teresa who really went out of her way to ensure we had all that we needed

Vi boede på vær. 106 med halvpension. Et dejligt enkelt og usnoppet sted, hvor man kan føle sig hjemme. Meget fin betjening ved reception og bar. Stor hjælpsomhed da vi havde fået vor pung stjålet i Soller. Værelset ok og pænt renholdt. Terrassen dejlig, men det ville være fint med en parasol. God og jævn kost - det ville være fint hvis der var 2-3 retter at vælge imellem. Vi var meget glade for opholdet og den skønne udsigt.

Wir hatten einen kurzen aber sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Trotz dem gebuchten „Bergblick“ konnten wir auf das Meer vom Zimmer aus schauen. Dieses war zwar einfach eingerichtet aber sehr gemütlich. Außerdem war alles sehr sauber. Man befindet sich im Hotel Citric, für uns, am schönsten Ort von Port de Soller. Es ist nicht im Zentrum der „Touri-Meile“ aber doch kann man in 5 Minuten zu Fuß im vollen Geschehen den Tag/Abend verbringen. Der Frühstücksplatz ist einmalig und diesen Blick haben wir auf unserer Rundreise durch Mallorca kein zweites Mal so schön bekommen. Auch bei unserer Autopanne hat die Angestellte die Kommunikation mit der Autovermietung übernommen und auch sonst waren alle super freundlich. Alles in allem eine 10/10 und wir würde direkt wieder buchen!

Schön gelegen, aber alt, laut und stinkend
Das Hotel hat nur einen Stern, das war mir bei meiner Buchung bewusst. Dafür sind die Getränkepreise wirklich sehr hoch (4 Euro für ein Glas Wein 4,50 € für Latte Macchiato) Die Bausubstanz ist sehr alt, es gibt keine Lärmdämmung, keine Klimaanlage und sehr veraltete Sanitäranlagen, die extremst stinken . Die Zimmer haben keinen Kühlschrank, keinen Wasserkocher und keinen Schrank. Um dem Faekalgeruch zu entkommen muss man bei offenem Fenster schlafen, wobei man zwanghaften Rauchen ausgesetzt ist, die auf den Balkonen auch nachts ihrer Sucht frönen. Auch als Silver Mitglied hatte ich leider nicht die Möglichkeit, mein Zimmer zu wechseln, da ausgebucht. Das Frühstück ist sehr sehr lecker und auf der Terrasse mit Meerblick einnehmbar , das Abendessen wirklich gut gemacht und schmackhaft und die Lage etwas ganz besonderes!! Das Personal ist sehr bemüht und freundlich .

Nice view but very basic.
Check in was fine. Public areas were simply furnished but quite nice. Bedroom was furnished ok however in need of some repairs and a few too many bugs for my liking. Bathroom very basic and in need of updating. View from bedroom was best part overlooking the bay. Located right at end of the bay, near to some restaurants but about 30 mins walk from main centre. Didnt use bar or breakfast so can't comment on those. 1 star is based on limited facilities I presume. If youre on a limited budget and you're out alot then maybe this is for you. If you prefer a more central location and a higher standard of room, pay a bit more and stay elsewhere.

Helt ok!
Vi hadde en natt her, slitt og eldre bygg. God service av hun som jobbet der. Ordnet taxi for oss og reserverte ett bord på en restaurant for oss. Rommet var uten aircondition, var veldig varmt og dårlig luft. Det var en vifte der som hjalp noe når vi skulle sove. Men holdt med en natt på dette stedet. Enkel, men god frokost. Åpnet verandadør litt først på kvelden, da kom det inn masse mygg. Så den kunne ikke stå åpen.
