Idyllic, tranquil location. Would recommend to anybody seeking some peace and quiet. One thing to note that it is fairly remote so getting a hire car rather than the exorbitant local taxi fares should be considered.

Schönes sehr gepflegtes Hotel in sehr ruhiger Naturlage, sehr saubere Zimmer, schöner Pool, schöner Innen-Pool, abends ein sehr gutes Restaurant. Sehr freundliches Personal. Große Terrasse vor den Zimmern, aber völlig offen zu den Nachbarn, man versteht jedes Wort. Das Hotel ist aber etwas abgelegen, abends im Dunkeln zurück zu fahren ist zumindest wenn man aus Bunyola über z. T. nur 3,25 m breite 550m hohe Paßstrasse kommt mit einer Unzahl von Spitzkehren eine echte Herausforderung, über Alaro ist es besser; Ausflüge mit Rückkehr erst am Abend und im Dunkeln sind damit nicht zu empfehlen.

Rust in perfectie
Geweldig locatie om volledig tot rust te komen. Rust is alles wat hier centraal staat. Zelfs op geluidsniveau is alles geminimaliseerd. Heerlijk. Fijne service, goede kamers,heerlijk zwembad en zeer goede menukaart. Ontbijt was in orde maar niet uitgebreid. Er is helaas geen lunch mogelijk.

La vue magnifique, le changement de chambre, pour une chambre avec une baignoire. La vue des deux côtés sur la montagne Tramuntana: magnifique. Peuvent ameliorer le petit dejeuner en proposant du vrai jus d'orange et plus de variété. La chambre etait de bonne taille mais les peintures et les tomettes du sol doivent etre refaites.

What a steal
We stayed at the hotel celebrating 7 years together and me turning 30. I would highly recommend the hotel for not only being located in the most beautiful area of Mallorca in the quieter parts of the mountains but also for the amazing staff which provide exceptional recommendations in the nearby area and Mallorca as a whole. The restaurant further provides a great option for dining at reasonable prices and with both in and outdoor pools, tennis court and tons of nearby hiking trails you can choose to spend your days driving around the island or spent the entire week just enjoying the hotel and close options. Truly we only had 2 minor improvements we could wish for. 1) More stable internet connection (The speed is fine, but it is rather unstable, indicating maybe a router or connection extender for each room would help) 2) A softer toilet paper All in all, I'd say that at the price this hotel option is a steal. Book the hotel, rent a car (include the insurance, you are driving on narrow mountain roads) and enjoy the mountain area!

Beautiful location and great hotel
Wonderful stay at this lovely hotel. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, particularly sorting out taxis for us. Good food selection of food for breakfast. We also had lunch and dinner in the restaurant and these were excellent. Planning to return for a longer stay.

Underbart och avkopplande
Härligt ställe för avkoppling. Fina vandringsmöjligheter runtomkring och en del specialtips och möjligheter som erhölls genom hotellet. Bra service och det kändes som man verkligen anstraängde sig för att vi skulle trivas. Lunchen som erbjöds var begränsad i urvalet tyckte vi så en av dagarna åkte vi iväg några hundra meter till en mysig liten by och tog lunch där.

Relax at the Hermitage
The Hermitage is the perfect place to go for a relaxing break, the whole experience is superb, great accommodation , staff and service. Relaxing by the pool in very nice surroundings is a real pleasure, the food is also great and the chef really knows how to serve up a great dinner.

Location, location, location
Firstly the location is second-to-none. The Orient Valley is absolutely stunning and the tiny village of Orient is a short walk away where there are some very good eating out options. The hotel itself is a lovely old converted monastery with modern spa and bedroom suites. Our Junior Suite had amazing views across the valley and semi-private patio from which to enjoy the view with a glass of wine. The spa is good too – my wife used it daily for yoga and swimming and I used the Jacuzzi after long days cycling. The only thing that lets the hotel down is the rather stuffy and old-fashioned service in the restaurant, but that said, all the staff were very friendly. This was our second visit and we will probably be back.

Wonderful setting for hotel,in beautiful and peaceful valley in Majorca's mountains. Everything was very enjoyable. Things to improve that would have made matters even better. 1. No bath in the room...only a shower. Bath preferred. 2. Outdoor pool could do with a little smartening. Also (although I swam x2 each day) was cold at 60deg F. and very slight heat boost would have been very pleasant. Ground/heat pump could make all the difference. 3. Definitely an atmosphere of about to close for the winter with a few things being dismantled etc. But, perhaps, gave us a little extra privavcy as no other hotel guests!

Ein phantastischer Aufenthalt in einem tollen Hotel in einer Wahnsinnsumgebung. Es gibt Natur und Entspannung pur - keinerlei Trubel. Das Personal ist super. Wanderwege sind ohne Auto direkt erreichbar. Alaro ist ca. 8-10km entfernt. Mietwagen ist Pflicht.

Hotel rooms Ok! Breakfast ok! Dinner ok! The area around the pool needs renovation - the gym - equipment is totally old and in an awful condition! The stuff at the reception is very kind - the waiters should be given a course for more kindness!

Picturesque location
Our favourite hotel of a four stop trip. Beautiful countryside location with some great walks from the hotel. Also has a really lovely restaurant that's worth a visit on its own

Relaxing stay with excellent service
Lovely mountain location, large comfortable room and shaded, north-facing terrace. Food beautifully prepared and presented, service impeccable. Very peaceful and relaxing - the only sound is the gentle tinkling of the bells on some of the nearby sheep and goats!

2 Übernachtungen im Rahmen eines Frühjahrurlaubs
Hotel in wirklich toller Lage, allerdings kann man für diese Preisklasse noch einiges mehr erwarten, z. B. war ein Wasserhahn im Bad locker, beim Duschen setzt man das halbe Zimmer unter Wasser, die Klospülung hängt... Die Minibar heizt das ganze Zimmer auf 25 Grad, sodass wir nur die Wahl hatten den Stecker zu ziehen...

Sehr schönes Ambiente in ruhiger Lage
Ein wunderschönes Hotel in altem Gemäuer, im Nebengebäude großes Zimmer und Bad. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, im Restaurant exzellente Speisen und gute Weine. Viel Platz auf dem Gelände, am Pool und auf der Terrasse vor jedem Zimmer, um sich zu entspannen.

Peace and tranquility
Staff attentative and friendly. Food was excellent. Wanted peace and relaxation for four days and that was exactly what we got. Can't fault it.

Hotel excelente para desconectar unos días, estas en medio de la naturaleza. El hotel está muy bien, limpio, bien cuidado, comida bien no es excelente pero está bien. La única pega para nosotros fue la cama que era dura pero es resto muy bien.
