Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille. L'accueil est très sympathique (mais pas en français). L'établissement est très beau et propre.. Les chambres sont assez petites mais nous ne faisons qu'y dormir . Le personnel de chambre est sympathique et compétent, chaque jour notre chambre était nettoyé minutieusement. La restauration est assez répétitive mais correcte. La partie bar propose des cocktails de qualité inégale selon le barman en poste. Les piscines sont belles mais froides pendant notre période de séjour . Un joli séjour dans un bel établissement servi par un personnel aux petits soins. Petit clin d'oeil spécial a l'équipe d'animation dans son ensemble pour leur dynamisme et bonne humeur constante même en toute de fin de saison ! Surtout Ernesto et Olaf! Je recommande cet hôtel !

Gem of a hotel
Hotel was just as i remembered, fabulous. Rooms are lovely and spacious and air con is good, definitely needed. Food was lovely, plenty of choice and I say that as a fussy veggie! Cocktails were delicious, pina colada hit the spot. Pools were lovely and plenty of sunbeds but we needed to be up by 8am to reserve a decent spot. Staff are lovely and very helpful and friendly. You can hire beach towels for €10 deposit each, saves you having to pack your own.

Buen hotel, comida variada, habitaciones limpias, servicio de bebidas Bueno pero se hacían muchas filas, la piscina siempre bajaban a reservar a las 5 am con toallas y nunca había donde ponerse pero por lo general bien y para los niños un encanto los animadores

Hotel in general was nice but the hotel had 2 main lifts to access the 9 floors. The left lift was out of order the entire time and no one had any idea when it was being fixed. Apparently that lift had been out of order for 4 weeks!! No apologies, no note next to the lift stating it was out of order and the staff didn’t seem to have any idea when or if it would be fixed. Very disappointing considering it was meant to be a 4 star hotel. I’ve stayed in less and received more.

Beautiful family hotel 5 minutes walk to really nice sandy beach. Friendly staff wide selections of food night entertainment really for children mainly. I will go back again in the future.

Detta var inget för oss. Rummet var dåligt städat. AC fungerade inte. Och elen gick när man föna håret. Matbuffén föll inte oss i smaken även om det fanns mycket att välja på. Utbudet var dock ungefär desamma lunch och kväll och varje dag. Restaurangen var som en skolmatsal, väldigt ocharmigt. Poolimrådet var bra.

Food was same every day, needs to improve, also cater for vegetarian, now a days there are lots off vegetarian or vegan, As I am vegetarian there was very limited option, so for ten days I ended up eating only salads, also I know some other people as well. I would like to come again, but only if food is improved. Thank you, other wise the hotel was wonderful, Neela patel

Skønt hotel med godt værelse med havudsigt
Lækkert hotel med skønt værelse og havudsigt. Mad og drikke er incl, varieret og smukt bydende af alverdens retter, som frister alle aldersgrupper. Et hotel med en fantastisk placering til et flot lokalområde. Stranden er kun 100 meter derfra. Strandpromenaden er helt fantastisk både morgen og aften og jeg, som har rejst alene, har kunne opleve tryghed alle steder jeg kom frem. Anbefaler gerne hotellet til familier med børn også. Der er et stort lege/badeland på hotellet, som var super fin underholdning dagen igennem.

Resort is big, buffet is great, room could have been cleaner, dirty cupboards, also we requested a double bed but were given two singles, 5 minutes from two beaches, staff friendly, charging for a safe in the room is not good customer service overall pleased with the stay

Struttura bene organizzata ampi spazi e ben tenuta, anche le piscine. Ottimo ristorante, ovviamente internazionale. Purtroppo boccali e bicchieri ovunque, ovviamente colpa degli ospiti, ma da parte della struttura nessuna ammonizione.

Hotel situato in posizione ottima e vicinissimo ad una bella spiaggia attrezzata. Ottime piscine e personale discreto ma efficiente. Buona la cucina ed i pasti a buffet. Unica nota negativa la presenza di ospiti maleducati, soprattutto inglesi.

Me gustaron el servicio que da el hotel, el personal que trabaja muy amable...no le gustó que reserváramos la cama de matrimonio en Mayo y no la pusieran y eso que lo volvimos a reclamar una vez estábamos en el hotel, el buffet rico pero se hacía repetitivo

The hotel was pretty good, the staff were really helpful nothing was too much to, we enjoyed the food and the pool areas were OK but a little crowded very annoying that people get up really early and reserve sun beds with towels. Also people did the same thing for the tables for the evening entertainment and was crowded again. Between the kids entertainment and the show was quite a large gap. The rooms we thought were a bit small for families felt like we were on top of each other all the time in there.

Excellent value for money. Better organisation required for the shows in the evening. The shows were great but the other hotel guests were quite inconsiderate by walking in front of you while watching. The hotel could have arranged for a specific walkway during showtime

Wifi connection is good everywhere in hotel. Staff are very kindly and friendly. Room cleaning in everyday are perfect. Near to the beach by 5 minutes walk. Even we are not in the room, the room are kept cool by air conditioner. Only one thing to say , we stayed 6 days but food is almost same. But other free drink service is excellent.

This is one of those all inclusive properties that service what seem mainly UK package tours. Its basic in that to has all that you need. Everything like safety box and towels cost extra. The bar line up for a drink is usually long and the food mediocre. The staff don't look happy didn't see many smiles. Also the staff are happy to give you a key at the front desk without any proof of ID which my son did twice! Would I stay here again probably not.
