The place in close to very nice beaches and to a calm small nice village. The hotel is clean and the food is good. The hotel is just a little bit updated but I can see they are renewing some parts. The employees are very professional and nice with the customers. It absolutely worths the money

No sé si estar contenta o no.
Hemos tenido problemas con la habitación (no teníamos agua caliente en la ducha). Nos lo han solucionado de un día a otro. Bruno como Lola ( recepción) han estado muy atentos con nosotros por ellos un 10!. Por las molestias nos obsequiaron con una botella de cava. Durante 2 días, uno de los ascensores dejó de funcionar, por lo que era un problema poder subir y bajar, sobre todo con las maletas. La animación, menos el grupo cubano, bastante pobre. Los trabajadores del comedor y del bar de la piscina muy bien, muy simpáticos. Lo que nos disgusta son los horarios de las comidas. Pedimos picnic un día y fue lamentable. Que no tenga parking es un problema muy grande. En la zona es muy complicado aparcar.

Preis Leistung super! Hatten nur Frühstück. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, störte aber überhaupt nicht, da alles in Schuss und ordentlich war. Etwas wenig Plätze fürs Frühstück draußen, aber 1x hat es geklappt. Pool haben wir nicht genutzt, da Traumstrände in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Wunderschöne Umgebung. An der Promenade allerdings kaum Lokale. Am Hafen alles was man braucht. Toller Kurztripp!!!

Nunca he tenido un trato tan excepcional con en este hotel!! La directora Feli todo un ejemplo a seguir, estado desde la mañana a la noche allí presente, atenta de sus clientes, haciendo recomendaciones, amable, atenta… en ningún hotel de los que he ido ha estado un@ director@ dando ejemplo. El personal muy bueno y amable, todos en general!! La comida fenomenal, muy buena calidad!! Hemos salido súper contentos y si vuelvo a Mallorca repetiré con ellos segurísimo!! Muchas gracias por todo a todo el equipo del hotel!!! Un abrazo de unos Madrileños!!

Ho soggiornato qui una settimana con il mio compagno soggiorno stupendo hotel stupendo comodo come posizione dove a piedi sul lungo mare vedi di quei tramonti mozzafiato e a piedi in 20 Min con calma arrivi al porto dove ci sono negozietti molto carini e ristornati... Ed è posizionato vicino ad alcune spiaggie più belle della zona come es trenc... Se si vuole passare una giornata diversa si può fare un escursione all' isola di cabrera con bagno nella grotta.. servizi ottimi alla sera c'è sempre qualche spettacolino se non si vuole uscire dall' hotel.. e dalla spiaggetta dell hotel con maschera vedi un sacco di bei pesciolini colorati e se si è fortunati anche qualche razza... Mangiare a buffet abbastanza buono e vario personale sempre cordiale e disponibile ci tornerò sicuramente

La posizione della struttura è ottima; super comoda per raggiungere la spiaggia.Personale molto attento alle esigenze dei clienti e disponibilissimo per qualsiasi bisogno. Ho mangiato un eccellente paella infatti mi sono complimentata con lo Chef. In conclusione raccomando la struttura e sicuramente ci ritornerò.

Sehr gutes Essen
Ich war sehr positiv überrascht. Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, aber sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und die Lage echt Top. Was mich am meisten überrascht hat war das Essen, sowohl das Frühstück wie auch das Abendessen waren geschmacklich wie auch von der Auswahl und Qualität weit über meinen Erwartungen an ein 3 Sterne Hotel. Ich werde auf jedenfall wieder kommen !!!

Bra läge, fina omgivningar, lätt att ta sig till olika jättefina stränder. Maten var ok men inte fantastisk. Sängarna i hårdaste laget men funkar att sova på. Väl värt att säkerställa havsutsikt från balkongen

Hotel algo viejo, con habitación con vistas al mar bastante regular, yo diria que laterales o parcial, aunque la cobran como vistas al mar. Lo mejor la amabilidad de los empleados, siempre esran dispuestos a ayudar. La comida mala, buffet muy del monton, y si pides agua te cobran 2,95 EUROS por una botella de agua destilada o que se yo, de 0,7 l y ademas caliente, con ese dinero cubres el coste que tienen del bufete

Een redelijk groot hotel dat gemoderniseerd is. Ligging is prima. Zandstatrand op 500 meter. 's-Avonds na 22.30 uur is alles rustig. Intern weinig hinder van andere kamers. Elke kamer heeft een Balcon. Personeel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Je voelt je er snel thuis. Prima buffet maar wel veel geroezemoes.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Schade war nur das bei All Inclusive der Sonnenschirm und der Liegestuhl an der Bucht nicht kostenlos war.

Negativ: das Hotel und der Ort insgesamt eher für alte Leute; viele Mücken in der Umgebung; Klimaanlage und Kühlschrank im Zimmer haben nicht funktioniert; kostenpflichtige Badetücher; falsche Rechnung ausgegeben, die ich bezahlt habe, danach wurde ich wie ein Verbrecher angerufen als wäre ich ohne zu zahlen abgehauen. Positiv: sauber, meist freundliches Personal, ruhige Umgebung mit einem tollen Strand

Buona struttura, consigliato
Struttura ben fornita, in generale pulita (le camere non sempre) spettacoli serali ok per bambini, cibo a buffet di vario genere discreto. Posizione a circa 40min di auto da aeroporto, 10min auto da es trenc. A 15min a piedi ci sono le spiagge di es port ed es dolc, carine ed attrezzate. Consiglio questa struttura anche per la vicinanza alle spiagge della zona di santanyi, ma con solo la colazione in modo da poter provare la cucina del luogo.

Lamentamos los inconvenientes que hayan podido tener, lamentablemente el hotel no dispone de parking proprio con lo cual a veces según las fechas y los horarios puede resultar complicado encontrar aparcamiento. Referente a los horarios de las comidas, intentamos adaptarlos a todos los clientes, que siendo de varias nacionalidades tienen exigencias diferentes. La struttura è bella, direttamente sul mare. Nel complesso sono rimasta molto soddisfatta, la stanza aveva tutto il necessario e la posizione dell'hotel ti permette di visitare bene l'isola. Personale molto gentile e disponibile per informazioni. Le uniche due "pecche" sono stati i costi aggiuntivi dei lettini piscina/mare e nel servizio colazioni c'erano alcune incomprensioni con le cameriere per farsi apparecchiare il tavolo.

Amazing find in Majorca. Staff are so helpful and friendly. Food is plentiful and tasty. Both pools are lovely and maintained. Hotel is spotless. There unique selling point is the helpfulness of their staff, they go over and above to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

El hotel se encuentra situado en una zona tranquila, estando bien situado para poder visitar las distintas playas y calas de Mallorca. Las habitaciones son amplias y están limpias. Todo el personal del hotel es muy atento y agradable. La única pega que le pondría es que las cenas son poco variadas y repetitivas, sin embargo el desayuno es fantástico. En definitiva, el hotel es una opción bastante recomendable si lo que buscas es un alojamiento alejado de las zonas más masificadas de la isla y con una buena relación calidad-precio.
