The room was clean but not spotless, there was still hair in the shower from previous guests and a lot of dust around the little fridge area and the coffee machine didnt work. Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve Puerto Rico
We stayed at the Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve for our honeymoon and we cannot say enough positive things about it!! We had an Oceanside room. It was spotless clean.
