"Great stay, was disappointing staff at the
pool
did not know how to use the chair lift as I could have done with assistance getting in and out of the
pool
. I would also suggest that when borrowing bats and balls etc that a room number is given to ensure return, my daughter tried to play table tennis many times but the bats had not been returned which was frustrating. Cesar is an excellent asset to the hotel, he has a lovely way with him and was very pleasant and great at his job. "
