My experience with this hotel was awful from the beginning. I had booked three rooms for the night. Upon arrival they informed me that I had booked my rooms through Expedia and Expedia never sent them the reservation so they didn’t have our rooms. They wanted to offer me two rooms to accommodate all 5 adults. After going back and forth and showing them the confirmation Expedia sent me back in August when I booked this hotel (our stay was in November) they ended up giving us three rooms. The rooms were old, the ceiling in our bathroom had mold, the sheets on our bed had holes. We had a hard time sleeping due to the noise from people coming and going at all hours. The only positive thing I can say about this place is that it is conveniently in the center of Managua near transportation and food. I was so relieved that we were leaving at 5:00am to the airport the next day.

I love staying here
Always love staying here. The location is great. Walking distance (on a nice day) to MetroCentro. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast is great. During the week, lunch is available. There is a business center, and convenience store onsite. Early check-in is possible, with proper notice. Hotel Pequeño pero acogedor, personal amable
Lugar agradable, es pequeño pero cómodo. El parqueo es pequeño, dejamos el vehículo afuera, pero la zona es muy segura y habia alguien cuidando afuera, así que no tuvimos desconfianza en dejarlo afuera.

Tranquilo para estudiantes
Excelente para estudiantes, yo fui a hacer mis exámenes de la Alianza Francesa y estuve tranquilisima, super cerca de metrocentro y otros restaurantes. Un área muy tranquila. Con muy buenos servicios, desayuno incluido en el hospedaje y disponible servicio de almuerzo y cena. El Wifi excelente y todo muy ordenado y limpio en la habitación.

the owner/manager was extremely helpful in arranging for a day trip to grenada and the volcano masaya. also in arranging airport transportation, pulling boarding passes, etc. good security at the hotel.

Terrific hotel. Owner/manager speaks impeccable English. Clean. Safe neighborhood. Good food. Guests made to feel like family. Airport pickup can be arranged.

Good value, not great location
Hotel info claimed it was near airport which it was not. Also, we tried walking in pouring rain in area to find somewhere to eat for dinner and found nothing for several blocks. We ended up ordering Pizza Hut to deliver. Room was fine but signs mentioned ac and there was only a fan.

Casa de Angeles is a quiet place in Managua
My family and I arrived to Managua in a hot time. Fortunately we chose a nice place to stay, even though that area is busy during the day, you don't feel it when you rest sitting in a rocking chair with many plants around and a mango tree giving you its shadow.

Joli hôtel accueillant, à proximité des transports
Excellent accueil du personnel, ils étaient très serviables. Ils ont tout fait pour que j'apprécie mon séjour. Un membre du personnel a même fait un tour de l'hôtel et de ma chambre (à ma demande) pour éliminer quelques mouches à cause de la pluie. J'aimerais un peu plus d'accessoires pour se faire à manger par contre.

Neighborhood felt very safe, didn't feel like there was a ton to do but I was there for a place to stay. Staff were great, facilities were spotless.

friendly, helpful and clean
Delivered above expectations. A family business with all staff friendly and helpful. Rooms simple But very clean. Comfortable firm beds. Breakfast menu offered fresh made excellent food. When we brought in fruit and wanted it made into juice they did so with no extra charge. Family also runs a small convenience store on site serving the neighbourhood and handy in case you forgot something or want a snack. Location is outside typical shopping district, but easy access to taxi and short walk to bus route.

Lovely place, incredible people.
I arranged for a pickup from the airport, to stay one night, and for a ride back to the airport. It was an incredible experience. The hotel owner and staff are friendly, helpful, and patient. My room had a fan, but no A/C and I was totally comfortable. There was hot water and incredible water pressure in the very clean bathroom. Excellent experience and value, staying at Casa de Angeles.
