I like the hotel because it is in a quite street in Managua and there are noises of traffic (no car, buses, trucks and no hocking) and best of all no roosters in the morning either. Nice, friendly and helpfully front desk staff. Love the idea of having orange juice with vodka at the front desk for the guest.

The staff here is absolutely amazing. They go above and beyond to help people. The room was so pretty and I loved the pool. The community kitchen was pretty awesome too because I got to cook my own meals. Saved me a bunch of money, not only within an affordable room, but also with being able to buy groceries. I am definitely gonna stay here again.

The staff was nice n friendly but the property needs some work, specially the security. I got robbed twice from the very first day I stayed at the hotel, they took the antena and the rear window wiper and the driver side rear mirror, n I wasn’t the only one who got robbed, even the owners car got it too. There’s no outdoor cameras n the only one they have is for reception only n can’t really see what’s happening outside. The owner was very kind to give me some $$ to help me to buy the mirror replacement, n I really appreciate it. Place is nice but it needs some work, but it’s good for the price n location. So be aware of what’s gonna happen if u leave ur vehicle outside.

My stay at Hostal Oasis was excellent. The staff were very attentive, especially Mr. Diego and Mrs. Siomara. They were excellent, attentive, and helpful staff. I have no complaints, only gratitude. My next vacation in Nicaragua will be at Hostal Oasis.

Staff was very nice and the outside setup was interesting, but the room reminded me of a jail cell. bare minimum, old beat up furnishings. I was only there one night so I didn't bother looking for another place, but I wouldn't stay there again. I chose it because my flight left at 6 am and I thought it was close, but it was actually almost 30 minutes away.
